Administrative Ministries

The Administrative Team is responsible for the management of the Church's resources, assets and finances, subject to the discretion of the council.

Duties include:

  • Pray for the administrative work of the church
  • Preparation of the yearly budget
  • Oversight of all non-pastoral staff, except Kiddieland staff
  • Policies regarding Church funds
  • Auditing of corporation's financial records
  • Personnel salaries and policies
  • Management of job descriptions
  • Administration of insurance coverage
  • Annual Financial reports
  • Technology Support
